Nature3D PPA-CF is a premium engineering composite, combining a high-performance polyphthalamide resin with carbon fibre reinforcement. Unlike standard filaments, PPA-CF provides exceptional dimensional stability, minimal moisture absorption, and outstanding creep resistance. Manufactured exclusively from 100% virgin pellets, this material is designed for mission-critical applications in aerospace, automotive, and industrial robotics. It thrives in high-stress, high-temperature environments, offering the structural rigidity and chemical resistance required for functional end-use parts.

Note: This material is abrasive. A hardened steel nozzle is mandatory.

Technical Specifications:

• Printing Temperature: 280–320°C (optimised for layer adhesion)

• Print Bed Temperature: 90–110°C

• Tensile Strength: ≥140MPa

• Flexural Modulus: ≥7000MPa

• Heat Deflection Temperature (HDT): ≥190°C

• Drying Requirement: Extremely important. Dry at 100–120°C for at least 8 hours before printing.
